As a current 映客直播 student studying BA History of Art, Robin is completing his year-in-industry placement at the 映客直播 Cultural Institute. His role as Project Management Assistant is to facilitate various projects with the Cultural Institute and their partners, such as Light Night Leeds, Leeds Creative Labs and the Ignite fund.
Before securing his internship, Robin worked as a Gallery Assistant for the 20-21 Visual Arts Centre and the North Lincolnshire Museum. Last year, Robin took on the role of Workshop Rep for the Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies Society in hopes to facilitate connection between students and the Leeds creative scene.
Alongside this, Robin is an aspiring freelance multidisciplinary artist and curator, with work exhibited in both Leeds and his home county of North Lincolnshire. He is keen to strengthen his skills in community-led creative projects while exploring practises which tackle access barriers to artmaking and belonging. .
