Students’ union
is one of the best and most active students’ unions in the country. Its mission is simple: to make sure you love your time at Leeds.
The union has more than 300 societies and sports clubs where you can make friends and be part of the University community.
The union building is a focus for students on campus – a great place to hang out, eat, meet, work and socialise.
It's also a source of help and independent advice for all Leeds students.
Sport and fitness
is our on-campus indoor fitness, sport and wellbeing complex. Whether you want to keep fit, play sport socially or compete at a high level, you’ll find everything you need to keep active and feel your best. It has state-of-the-art equipment, as well as a 25 metre swimming pool and eight metre climbing wall.
If you live in University accommodation, you’ll get Edge Club gym and sports membership included in your rent, allowing you access to a range of activities, including exercise classes, indoor climbing and the 250-station Technogym.
